About Me

I've been inspired by food my entire life.  Everything wonderful about life is fueled by food; staying healthy, having the energy to enjoy each day, traveling, friends coming together, and family sharing memories.

 

My favorite childhood memory is cooking Italian family recipes with my parents.  After I received my formal culinary training at Johnson & Wales University, I began exploring the combination of my Italian roots with my plant-based diet.  I discovered that I could make most of our traditional dishes plant-based, and healthier!

 

My Philosophy

I believe that all our favorite foods and experiences can be just as wonderful, or more, on a plant-based diet.  With the right mix of nutrients, it can enrich your life and your body.

 

Eating plant-based just a few days per week goes a long way towards your personal health, our environment, and animal welfare.
